+To delete (D) a domain, transfer (T) a domain or re-initiate a failed transfer (TR) it is necessary to complete the following fields only: 2, 11a, 11b.

+To renew (R) an existing domain it is necessary to complete the following fields only: 2, 10a, 11a, 11b.
