LedgerSMB has been installed into ${VHOST_HOSTNAME}

You must add the following to your <VirtualHost> section for ${VHOST_HOSTNAME}
by hand.

Once you've done that, go to admin.pl (probably at
http://${VHOST_HOSTNAME}/${VHOST_APPDIR}/admin.pl) and set your 
initial password and users.
