improve semantic markup
Now the toplevel layout is:
<article>
<section><header><nav></section>
<aside>sidebar</aside>
<section>content</section>
<section>comments</section>
<footer>
</article>
And I managed to preserve all CSS ids and names in their prior structure,
so CSS should not need changed.
