Tilføj en ny forkortelse med en `shortcut`
[[PreprocessorDirektivet|ikiwiki/PreprocessorDirective]]. I URLen erstattes "%s"
med teksten som gives til den navngivne forkortelse, efter URL-omkodning, og
'%S' erstattes med den rå ukodede tekst. Den valgfri `desc`-parameter styrer
beskrivelsen af henvisningen.

Husk at navnet (parameteren `name`) du giver forkortelsen bliver et nyt
[[ikiwiki/ProcessorDirektiv|PreprocessorDirective]].  Undgå et navn som er i
strid med et eksisterende direktiv.
