* Reformat calendar plugin to ikiwiki conventions.
* The calendar plugin made *every* page depend on every other page,
which seemed a wee tiny little bit overkill. Fixed the dependency
calculations (I hope.)
* Removed manual ctime statting code, and just have the calendar plugin use
