* If a page links to itself, mark up the link text in a span with
class="selflink" so that it can be styled. I don't have a useful style
defined for that though.

rcs => "svn" or rcs => "".
* Add a debian/NEWS file with upgrade notes.
* Load whatever rcs module is specified, so new ones can be just dropped in
as plugins and work.
* Add some basic docs about writing RCS modules.

dest) and not three. The templatedir parameter is now an optional
--templatedir.
