2008-06-16	textile: The Text::Textile perl module has some regexps that fail if input ↵	Joey Hess
	is flagged as utf-8, but contains invalid characters such as 0x92. To prevent it from crashing, re-encode the content before calling it, which will ensure that it's really utf-8.

The old calling convention will still work for back-compat for now. * The calling convention for functions in the IkiWiki::PageSpec namespace has changed so they are passed named parameters. * Plugin interface version increased to 2.00 since I don't anticipate any more interface changes before 2.0.
